About Us

designed for long-stay living and a work-from-resort lifestyle, blending comfort, privacy, and modern island living in a seamless experience.

Our vision is to redefine hospitality through thoughtfully designed spaces that support both relaxation and productivity, surrounded by nature and refined tropical architecture.

Sustainability is at the core of the property, featuring Tesla Solar + Powerwall energy systems, a 190-meter deep well, and rainwater harvesting systems that promote efficient and responsible living.

Designed for modern long-stay living, our private villas combine luxury, privacy, and sustainability in one seamless experience, with premium amenities, Tesla EV charging, and smart entertainment systems. Two distinct villa concepts offer unique architectural styles while maintaining the same elevated standard of comfort and functionality. From private pools and elegant interiors to dedicated co-working spaces, every detail supports both relaxation and productivity.

Whether for a short escape or an extended retreat, Twelve Months blends contemporary lifestyle convenience with the tranquility of nature, creating a destination where comfort, technology, and privacy exist in perfect balance.
